Biography
Abraham Francois Arjen de Leeuw is geboren op 8 juni 1855 in Padang, Sumatra, Ned. Indie.[1] Een kind van Aarjen de Leeuw en Margaretta Agnetta van der Geugten.
Hij was klerk bij de militaire administratie in Nederlands-Indië en ging daarna werken voor de handelsfirma Mc. Neill & Co in Semarang. Van 1877 tot 1878 was hij tevens benoemd tot wijkmeester van Wijk La. Hij werd aangesteld als agent voor de handelsfirma in Djoewana (Japara).
Hij is getrouwd met Henriette Elisabeth van Raadshoven op 26 oktober 1878 te Semarang in Nederlands-Indië.[2]
Hij is overleden te Zürich in augustus 1915.[3]
